Greenleaf JTS, Inc. is a leader in employment services for persons with differing abilities. Jennifer Kuntz founded Greenleaf Job Training Services in 1995 with the mission to provide employment support services to persons with differing abilities, so that each person may enhance those abilities to achieve greater productivity, self-sufficiency and independence. Greenleaf services include summer youth employment programs, job placement and coaching, as well as training and preparation for job seekers.

The firm works with many Central Ohio employers to provide well-trained workers with no placement fees to the employer. Partners include the hotel industry, financial and retail industries, restaurant and building industries, and many others who, committed to a diversified workforce, take advantage of Greenleaf’s services.

As a privately-owned, for-profit business, the majority of Greenleaf’s services are paid for by the Ohio Rehabilitation Services Commission, which is a state and federally funded organization. We have provider status with other government funded organizations such as the Veteran's Administration and OSU, as well as large private entities such as local hospitals. Greenleaf has also partnered with Community Properties of Ohio, a non-profit organization, for a United Way workforce development project.  As a result, our services are highly accessible to qualified job candidates with barriers to employment as well as employers seeking well-trained workers.

If you are looking for assistance with job seeking skills, resume writing or interviewing tips, you’ll be assisted by our in-house training department. This department is run by individuals with extensive knowledge in recruiting processes, hiring and training techniques. Our program developers have strong people skills and are creative problem solvers with a passion for assisting others in reaching their goal. You’ll also benefit from our education and experience in the area of social services, and the medical field, and others.
